Overview

Fontaine Color Co. offers made-to-order bags and accessories inspired by retro color block designs. Many of our products allow customers to choose a single letter initial as part of the design.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.

Products

Our products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, slight variations in color, print placement, size, and overall appearance may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible, but colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device settings.

Letter Initial Selection

Some products allow customers to select a letter initial.

Please review your selected letter carefully before placing your order.

Once production has begun, the selected letter initial cannot be changed or corrected.

Fontaine Color Co. is not responsible for letter selections submitted incorrectly during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

Production times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping estimates begin after production has been completed.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices and promotions may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are provided by the shipping carrier.

Fontaine Color Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Severe weather
Holidays
Customs processing
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order and may include a customer-selected letter initial, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect letter initial selected by the customer
Color preference
Incorrect size selected
Minor production variations

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and its packaging. If the issue is verified, we will work with our production partner to provide a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, product images, text, branding, and website content are the property of Fontaine Color Co. LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Infringing on intellectual property rights
Uploading malicious software or code
Attempting to interfere with the security or operation of the website

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
