Thank you for shopping with Fontaine Color Co LLC!
All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partner, Printify. Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, production begins only after your order has been placed.
Processing Time
- Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days.
- Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak shopping seasons, or due to unexpected production delays.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Estimated shipping times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–30 business days (varies by destination)
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (when available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and the products in your order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Multiple Shipments
Because our products are fulfilled by different Printify production partners, your order may arrive in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, Fontaine Color Co LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Other circumstances beyond our control
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will gladly work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes. Additional shipping charges may apply if the package must be reshipped.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
We will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution whenever eligible.
