Orders

How long does it take to process my order?

Each item is made to order once your purchase is placed. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not entered production, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Can I personalize my item?

Some products allow you to choose a letter initial as part of the design. At this time, we do not offer custom names, words, or other personalized text.


Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the United States.

How long does shipping take?

After production is complete, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, holidays, or carrier delays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping may be available on select products during checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. If you’d like a different size or would prefer another eligible item, we’re happy to help with an exchange when the returned item meets our return requirements.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to replace the item or provide an appropriate solution.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll take care of it. For other returns or exchanges, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.


Products

Why do colors look slightly different than my screen?

Every monitor and mobile device displays colors differently. While we work hard to ensure our photos accurately represent each product, slight color variations may occur.

Are your products handmade?

Our designs are created by Fontaine Color Co. and professionally printed on high-quality products through our trusted production partner.

Will the print fade?

With proper care, your design is made to last. Following the care instructions included with your product will help keep it looking its best.
