At Fontaine Color Co., every item is made to order just for you. Because each product is custom printed after your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or selecting an incorrect shipping address.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once your request has been reviewed, we'll gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Returns or exchanges may be requested for reasons including:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Color preference
- Receiving an item that isn't what you expected
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery (or whatever timeframe you choose).
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee cancellations once production has started.
Shipping Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delayed by the shipping carrier or for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued when:
- Your item arrives damaged.
- You receive the wrong item.
- Your order is lost due to an error on our part or our production partner.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method after approval.
